Baby Massage - Courses and Prices
4 week course £45

The course runs over four weeks, there is one session a week, lasting for approximately 45 -60 mins for babies from birth upto 12 months old. To ensure you receive the most from the course numbers are kept between 3 and 8 babies.

Each session begins with time for relaxation followed by learning the massage stroke for a different part of the body (and practising what we have already learnt). We then learn a little of the theory behind baby massage; e.g. when and where to massage, how you may adapt your massage to your growing baby. A time for directed discussion is enjoyed during the last part of each session; this could be in any an area of interest relating to your babies.

Every baby massage course includes a session where we will learn a routine to help with colic, wind and tense tummies. We will also look at how evening fuss can be helped. Every parent will receive a bottle of baby massage oil, a copy of the massage routine and useful information sheets in a presentation folder. Parents will learn how the miracle of touch is a gift for life. |
4 weeks friends course
If you have a group of friends, with more than five babies, that would like to learn baby massage a private course can be arranged for you. This may be a group of friends from a post natal group or nursery. The venue you choose may be in one of your homes or my usual venue in Mountsorrel. You will all receive 10% discount on the course price of £45.

One to One Course
• Single Sessions
These are available upon request, please ask.
• Special Requirements
These are normally for helping babies with colic, babies with a special requirement and for hospital visits to babies that have been born prematurely or are ill (to see how baby massage can help these specific areas please see the history and benefits area). Sessions last for between 30mins and 1hr
Price upon enquiry, but normally around £18 (the price will vary according to specific requirements and distance to be travelled).
